WHAT DO YOU NEED HELP WITH RIGHT NOW?
RELIEF, THE NATURAL WAY
Our goal is to educate the public on the many benefits of CBD oil while serving our communities.
CBD oil comes in several different forms:
Isolate - Refers to products containing only Cannabidiol (CBD)
Broad Spectrum - Refers to products containing all hemp derived cannabinoids, terpenes, or plant materials except THC.
Full Spectrum - Refers to products containing all hemp derived cannabinoids, terpenes, or plant materials including <.03% THC.
These cannabinoids commonly work together in a phenomenon known as the "Entourage Effect" . This is when multiple plant cannabinoids, terpenes & compounds work together to produce a synergistic effect. One that could not normally be reached by only using one isolated compound or cannabinoid.

CBD, or cannabidiol, is the primary compound found in the hemp plant. It is non-psychotropic, meaning it won't give you a "high" or intoxicated feeling. It primarily binds to CB2 receptors skin, organs, and immune glands throughout the body.
CBG, or Cannabigerol, is one of the most important yet often overlooked cannabinoids in the cannabis plant. It is often called "the mother of all cannabinoids," meaning all cannabinoids start as CBG before maturing into other compounds, such as CBD or THC. CBG is non-psychotropic and will not get you high. CBG also has the ability to bind with different receptors outside of the endocannabinoid system, such as PPARs, Alpha-2 adrenoreceptor, TRP receptors, and serotonin.
CBN, or Cannabinol, is a minor cannabinoid that is present in low concentrations in cannabis compared to CBD & THC. Fresh cannabis typically contains very little CBN because this cannabinoid forms as the plant matures and breaks down. Furthermore, if cannabis (ex. distillate) is not consumed in a timely manner, then over time the THC will degrade and form into CBN. CBN is slightly psychotropic and great for physical relaxation!
The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a complex system that regulates many biological processes within the body such as mood, appetite, sleep, inflammation, and immunity. The ECS is primarily comprised of CB1 and CB2 receptors, which are found throughout the brain, organs, glands, skin, and immune cells. They are responsible for maintaining a natural homeostasis (a stable internal environment) throughout the body. The cannabis plant produces compounds called cannabinoids, which interact with these receptors in different ways offer a variety of effects for users. THC primarily binds to CB1 receptors, which are mainly found in the brain and central nervous system. This is why users often report feelings of euphoria. CBD primarily binds to CB2 receptors, which are mainly found through organs and immune cells. Although THC and CBD are the most popular, there are well over 80 unique cannabinoids in the cannabis plant that interact with these receptors in different ways.
CBD primarily modulates CB2 receptors throughout your bodies endocannabinoid system, which are mainly found through organs and immune cells.
Depending on how quick you want to feel the effects & how long you want them to last will largely influence which CBD product you choose:
- Sublingual - Any liquid or oils administered under the tongue and held for at least 1-2 minutes before swallowing. Cannabinoids enter directly into the bloodstream through capillaries under the tongue and effects can be felt in as little as 15 minutes. The effects can last upwards of 8-12 hours, depending on consistency and metabolism.
- Edible - this refers to any food, drink, or capsule ingested through the stomach. Cannabinoids must pass through the liver before entering the bloodstream, and effects can be felt within 1-2 hours after ingestion. Effects typically last 6-8 hours depending on individual metabolism and consistency.
- Vape/Smokeable - this refers to any flower, cartridge/disposable, or concentrate that is heated or combusted to release plant compounds. The effects can be felt within 5-15 minutes and last about 2-6 hours, depending on consistency and metabolism.
- Topical - this refers to any cream, lotion, or gel that is applied directly to the skin rather than ingested. The effects can usually be felt within 15-30 minutes and last up to 4-6 hours. These products do not enter the bloodstream and are a drug-test friendly option.
CBD oil is meant to be taken sublingually, meaning: administered under the tongue and held for at least 30 seconds to 1 minute before swallowing. Cannabinoids enter directly into the bloodstream through capillaries under the tongue and effects can be felt in as little as 15 minutes. The effects can last upwards of 8-12 hours, depending on dosing consistency and metabolism. Sublingual options are great for those with chronic issues, or those that want quick and long-lasting relief!
Start with 15-20mg of CBD (1ml for 500mg bottle, 0.5ml for 1000mg bottle, 0.20ml for 2500mg bottle) under the tongue for 30 seconds to a minute.
Slowly assess how you feel and allow 3-4 days for feelings to be felt. You must use consistently for up to 14 days in order to see full results!
If not satisfactory, slowly increase dose by 5-10mg every 48 hours as needed until desired effects are achieved.
